武永军,男,山西省汾阳市人,博士,副教授,博士生导师。

二、研究兴趣

实验室主要致力于植物和环境的互作研究。一方面,利用分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学、基因组学以及生物学信息学等方法技术,从转录水平研究植物对非生物胁迫(主要是北方地区常见的旱、盐及光胁迫等)的响应和耐受机理,为提高作物的抗性提供理论依据和可行策略。另一方面,鉴于植物在发育和抗逆过程中会合成一些特定功能的代谢物,我们试图利用现代生物技术,从代谢物工程角度提高相关天然产物的含量、改善作物的品质,以满足人们对营养食品、功能食品及药食同源产品的日益需求。

主要研究工作:

1、非编码RNA(miRNA、lncRNA及circRNA)在植物发育和抗逆过程中的作用机制,包括非编码RNA的挖掘、鉴定和功能验证;非编码RNA和转录因子的互作及可变剪接事件研究;非编码RNA在作物改良中的应用研究。

2、植物天然产物和环境的互作关系,以及高含量有益代谢物的代谢工程。

1994.09~1998.07,西北农业大学资源与环境科学系,农业环境保护专业,获农学学士学位;

1999.09~2002.07,西北农林科技大学英国正版365官方网站,植物学专业;获理学硕士学位;

2014.09~2015.09,密歇根理工大学生物系,访问学者。

四、工作简历

2002年7月至今,西北农林科技大学英国正版365官方网站生物化学与分子生物学系任教,主要承担本科生生物化学、基础生物化学、生物化学实验、蛋白质纯化综合大实验,研究生高级生物化学、生物技术工程研究进展等课程的教学任务。

五、科研项目

近年来主持、参加国家自然科学基金,中国博士后科学基金,教育部高等学校基本科研业务专项,国家重点实验室项目,西北农林科技大学2007年“青年学术骨干”人才支持计划,以及来自神华集团、国家能源集团等支持的多项横向课题。
