二、 主要研究方向
主要研究领域为单分子生物学与结构生物学。自2012年入职至今,主持建立了单分子研究平台,在国内率先将单分子荧光成像应用于蛋白质与核酸互作机理的研究。现阶段工作主要围绕“染色质结构的动态调控”展开,具体针对核酸G-四链体的结构与功能进行研究。包括:1. 四链核酸DNA、RNA的形成机制与变化规律;2. 蛋白质对G4结构进行调控的分子机制;3. G4结构与癌基因表达调控;4. G4结构与病毒转录复制。
