二、主要研究方向

长期从事土壤微生物生态研究,结合生态系统生态学、地统计学、气候变化科学等多学科手段,通过野外调查取样、原位实验和温室控制实验,运用高通量测序微生物组学及培养组学技术,具体研究:

1. 土壤微生物地理格局及响应环境变化的生态学机制

2. 农田核心微生物组挖掘与土壤健康调控

3. 植物微生物组生态功能

三、代表性文章

近五年,围绕“农田土壤微生物群落形成和稳定机制”的科学问题,从“形成-适应-稳定”三个层面,探究农田土壤微生物群落形成模式,阐明农田土壤微生物环境适应性规律,揭示农田土壤微生物群落稳定机制,为农田土壤微生物群落构建与功能调控提供理论依据与途径。相关成果发表在Nature Communications、The ISME Journal、Microbiome (3篇)、Global Change Biology (5篇)、Global Ecology and Biogeography (4篇)等期刊。
